Rumor has it the top/sides will begin to flap if you don't have the appropriate hardware for that runs on top of the doors. Any truth to this? Trying to see if the custom bar I have in the works will function as I have hoped.

British Pacific has carried them for a few years now. They require the soft top hardware from the first hoop forward.

I must have missed this thread when it first came out...

        Allwheeltrim.co.uk sells them as well:

Has anyone seen a canvas truck cab? I would think this would be an ideal setup if you're into the bikini top thing. Roll the back up and it's basically a bikini, roll it down when it's raining. I think I remember a custom setup like this but nothing made in mass.

Never seen one in person, but AWT makes those too.

Badger makes one also for the price of your second born.
I think if you had a bikini top and a fume curtain you could make that work

I have an All Wheel Trim canvas pick up cab on my 109 and am really happy with it. After eight years, mostly in the California sun, I had to have some stitching replaced last week for $40.
