Installing a Roverdrive on a serie

I have decided to get a Roverdrive (serie SS) for my 1964 s2a. I will install it myself and I was wondering if anyone had some recommendations or suggestions concerning the installation (never worked on a transfer case before).

    Special tools, equipment, material etc...

    Thank you.

Every thing you need is included when you purchase it from Ray at Rover Drive Gear Corporation. If you have any questions give him a call, they are great to deal with and are super helpful. I love having one in my 1960 series II 109 sw... did 60 to 75 with no problem. enjoy!

Talked to Ray today and you are right, seems to be a great guy.

      Hope all will go well...

Did you install the roverdrive by yourself?

      Thanks

my roverdrive install was a mess...
Ray said I have like a 1/1000 Transfer box where the input shaft was slightly larger..
needed to ream the roverdrive out a bit for fitment..

but after getting over the initial install issue.. I wouldn’t have installed anything else..

          Hmm!

          Not a warm feeling....

How did you ream the overdrive?

          What year is your truck?

Do you know what the serial number of your transfer case is?

          Thanks
