I can't count how many Rover owner's houses I have been to where the RN catalog was reading material in their bathroom. You can't do that with an online catalog.
Speaking of older RN catalogs- if you are lucky you can get one of the old ones that used Land Rover part #s rather than RN's Part # system.
Anyway I think the loss of a printed catalog is one more blow to sales. If I am going to go online I am nore likely to make comparisons to other online suppliers and honestly less likely to use RN. I can just as easily order from Rovahfarn, RDS, LR Series or anyone else online. The catalog was one thing that really made RN stand out from the rest.
No restoration credit program anymore, no catalog, there is little incentive for loyality to RN as a primary supplier.
