Distributor - is this a Ducellier?

    Hi all,
I'm trying to install the Pertronix EP-142 electronic ignitor on my 1982 LR Series III 109" 2.25L Petrol.

Funny thing is, it doesn't want to fit. In a closer examination of the distributor, it says B2 525278A "Brevete SGDG"

Is this actually a Ducellier or something else?

    Thank you,
    Chris

I'm not sure if that is a Ducellier distributor or not. I'll have to dig mine out of storage and check. I replaced the Ducellier in my '80 109 with a Pertronix a few years ago and had no difficulty.

    Bob

I would think so since "Brevete SGDG" is a French patent mark (IIRC)

Got the drop in Pertronix EP-142 to work, had to push the retaining tab for the points back and remove the the plastic piece on it.

Now to fix the gas line tomorrow and try to start her...
