    Leaky freeze plug

Any idea if I might be able to R&R the freeze plug on the LH side of my engine without pulling the engine? Maybe I can "just" pull the wing?

With the manifolds and wing off, they're 'right there' After you press the new one in, smear some stud & bearing cement around the circumphrence. I've heard arguments of steel vs. brass, and I can't say I have seen much of a difference. Logic says a brass one should last longer.

1 and 15/16's is the size. An engine rebiulder should have one in a drawer. I would replace all ?three? once manifolds are out of the way. The OVLR alternative parts list has a number for a block heat that kicks some serious booty when installed in the middle one. (sorry RN)
