Shovels: Genuine vs RN brand

I understand the desire to have all the information at your fingertips, but the guys at RN are pretty helpful if you call them. If you ask I bet they would measure the shovel or misc. bit for you while you were on hold even.

yep, couldn't agree more and with Blueboy being a hybrid, its nice to be able to get the modern (at least if one considers 1993 modern) as well as Series stuff from friendly and knowledgeable folks.

I would agree with the comments others have made regarding product descriptions. This would be a prudent investment. I think a more forthcoming catalog would develop greater client loyalty.
