    installing a slave cylinder 2a 109

    Hello All,
Getting ready to install a new slave cylinder, the old one is leaking, the line seems good, looks straight forward just wondering about adjusting the rod, should I measure and then install and adjust to the old length or is there something I missing or do I have to adjust at all??
Any advice on anything I am missing or shortcuts

When I replaced mine I used a new one and just followed the adjustment instructions in the Green Bible. IIRC I used a dial caliper to measure the length. Never had a problem.

If you're just changing the slave, you shouldn't need to adjust anything. The adjustment should only be necessary when changing friction plate, pressure plate or throwout bearing
