What's the best off road trailer?

I want to get an off road trailer for the the Stage 1. I have been thinking about either a sankey or a surplus canadian military one what do you guys think. I will deck it all out later for right now I am just looking for the basic unit.

    Thanks

Sankey's are cool but not so common over here. Pretty heavy duty compared to the canadian or US 1/4 ton units. If you're looking at a canadian M101, those are pretty good and have been used quite a bit as a base for a camping trailer. The US M416 is also a very popular choice but are getting to be expensive because of their popularity. I've currently got a sankey and recently sold off my 1945 Bantam T3. I'd love to find a Bantam T3-C in good shape as they have no real historical value (no guilt in cutting it up) and already have a tailgate.

I have a Sankey missile trailer. These have adjustable ride height and have an all aluminum body. Inside dimensions are 4x8. I have a hannibal roof rack mounted to the trailer on custom feet. I have a hannibal roof tent mounted to the rack. It also has the swing out awning and the zip on...

Those are definatley nice looking side racks there, did you use White oak for the slats? Not much in the way of hardwoods up here a few Birch andd the odd Soft Maple. Anyway they look great you are just to far away.

                        Canadian M101

We have Canadian M101, I think it is a bit nicer than the US M416, but both work. We have a M101A 3/4 ton trailer too and it is a bit much for the Series, thought the RR does ok with it.

The box on it is all aluminum with a corrugated aluminum floor (that keeps water from touching anything sitting on it. The front will remove and the tailgate drops for extra long loads. There is an extension for the tailgate to make a ramp too (though mine doesnt have that) It has the surge brakes, hand brake landing legs etc of the regular sankey. Also has the rover bolt pattern and mil spec lamps. They also have an adjustable ride height. The one pictured is in the higher position. It will drop about 5 inches. Pretty cool/versatile.
