original roof rack for 88

I get hung up on little things- I would like my rover (which has been in family for 47 yrs) to include it's original roof rack, eventually when the restoration is completed. It is a little deal, one I was prepared to drop until I saw a rover fitted with this small original rack on the copley website. My safari roof is already cut to accept this rack.

Anyone know whether this item (which admittedly lacked a good tie-down system) can be found.....?.

Sure they can be found. I have one awaiting restoration in my garage right now.

Definitely try Ike; the man has or can find just about anything. Heck, he may know where jimmy hoffa is!
