Alpine roof restoration---do I have all or most of the bits?!

Thanks for the thoughts. I am really going to have to give this a bit of thought.

Terry-I think the stand offs are all I'm missing. I am still trying to figure out what "frame" pieces are needed for the rear part of the headliner.....I think Chris at Badger can advise me on that. I want close to the original scheme on the truck....light green body with a limestone roof/hardtop. I might deviate a little by accenting the hinges, headlamp surrounds, and a few other bits in black.

Really think about this before doing it. It may seem like a neat idea, but usually looks goofy on an otherwise original looking vehicle. Since you are going to be painting (or powdercoating) parts anyway, just have these pieces done in the correct color.

I'd listen to all this advice, you will regret the pc route. It has many shortcomings; tough to match exact colors, next to impossible to touch up or repair properly, it's not as tough as many think, it fills holes and reduces clearances ( meaning you have to be very dilligent in keeping it out of certain places), it does fade.
Go acrylic paint and you won't regret it.
