Front Hoop Measurements?

I am trying to convince a buddy to fabricate a sport bar for my 72 series III pick-up so I can run a bikini top in the summer. Does anyone have the rough measurements of the front hoop (mostly concerned with the hoop height from the top of the mounting hole in the bed capping)?
