109/107 Springs/Shocks Crossover?

I need new HD springs for my '58 107. Can anyone tell me if the springs and shocks cross over to the 109 and share part numbers? From my quick research it looks like they do, but I want to be sure. I am fitting a crank driven winch shortly and will need HD springs in front.

the springs are the same dimensions the rear shocks are more like 88s as they have two eyes instead of stud/eye.
