PTO Gearbox Casing for Series II

I have a 1962 Series II SWB. I want to use the rear PTO to attach a bush hog to maintain 6 acres of grass. I think I can get around the need for a three-point hitch by using a bush hog with wheels mounted at the back, but I have been unable to find any details about the PTO itself or the gear box casing that gets bolted onto the crossmember. Does anyone know what I need to do or where I can get the parts?

PTO is not live so its kind of crappy to use. What else do you want to know? There isnt really a source for these, they just turn up for sale from time to time. Had a full set up but sold it about a month ago.

What about a towable mower with a separate engine powering the blades?
      1958 107 SW - Sold to a better home
      1965 109 SW - nearly running well
1966 88 SW - running but needing attention
      1969 109 P-UP

Only Ike can mow six acres with a reel mower. of course the goat could handle 5 and 3/4ths.

As for the farm implements, my philosophy is if you want a tractor....buy a tractor.....It really does do a better job.

                This.
Buy a tractor or pay somebody to mow it once a year for you.
