NOW I'M PI$$ED..... I HAVE ANTIQUE PLATES....

Bear in mind that this is my registration that expired in may 2011--I haven't renewed it yet this year so I might have to pay the "we're going broke" $30 state surcharge in addition to the other registration fees I listed. I'll find out in the next few weeks.

Not decided yet, still lots of variables. I will have a better idea around March next year, hopefully....

My 109 has been valued by the city of Salem MA at just shy of 500$. Tax is less than 20$ usually. I do not run antique plates and keep a fairly comprehensive insurance policy on it. MA antique plates are pretty restrictive and only cover going to and coming from shows last I checked. Inspection is as follows;

Wipers
Windshield fluid system if installed, both need to work.
Blinkers, running lights, headlights / highbeam and alignment.
Front axle swivel ball play. Excessive play ( judgment call by inspector)
Park brake - needs to stall out first gear without moving vehicle.
No visible rust holes on body or bumpers

reverse light if installed
no emissions test

Just back from City Hall. $21 spent to register my 109 again this year. Registration=easy. Inspection=hmm...
