    Flip-out windshield on land rovers?

    hey! has anyone seen a flip-out windshield on a series rover? like the ones on the m37 dodge power wagons, i could have swore ive seen one in an old safari movie it had the windows that open up, id like to find one if they made them, my neighbor has a powerwagon with the windows that open out

      true, but with my hardtop id like to have the windows open out, my other rover i keep the windshield down though

        M37 windshield

        M37 windshield folds down or pivots out if you want. It's much better than the land rover in the summer. not to mention it has a cowl vent that vents to your feet. the land rover ventilation completely sucks in comparison to a m37. And, roll up windows are nice in the m37...

          I have seen one with the fold out windshields. Very uncommon.

            i was trying to find a picture of one but havent had any luck, the one i seen in the movie they were on a safari and he shot a lion out through the open windshield

              The cowl vent is really the best thing in the m37 as far as ventilation. It's hot on the floor in my 109 and I miss that thing. unimogs have a handy vent as well for your feet.
