Roof Rack Clamps

Does anyone know where I can purchase these clamps for my roof rack? I have looked a bit online by admit I just started taking an online college course so my internet surfing time has been cut drastically.

make em, or go down to the local welding shop with a photo. its just angle welded to a bolt with the head cut off.
