    clutch trick

1972 SIII. Anyone have a trick to putting the little clip back on the clutch release lever? It's nearly impossible to get my hands in to try and pop that clip back on to hold the slave cylinder pushrod.

I haven't done that particular clip, but with similar things I have gotten creative with wire (coathangers) or scrap pieces of metal. Good luck. That's going to be a PITA.

Well it's got the best of me....bent tools, bought long nose needle nose etc etc and haven't got it clipped back on. Did break one clip trying to do it. Looks like i'm going to have to pull the trans to get it....
