I gave a colleague of mine a ride home in my SIII (we were in Calgary at that time). She had grown up in rural England. Her first comment when we got in and started out was, "I feel like I'm a little girl again in my Dad's Rover." She hadn't been in a Rover in 30 years, but it all came back in a rush I guess. They all smell and sound the same.

the best part of driving a series rover, (and meeting the GENERAL public) is when someone actually knows what it is, knowing the model is even better, and coming close to the year is awsome, although this event is rare, it makes me stop where I am and stop to talk wherever and whenever I am out and about. Cheers all.
