What am I missing. The proline exhaust fixing kit has 4 long bolts and one stud, 5 washers, 2 butterfly washers. Know where they all go but there are seven fixing points on the exhaust manifold Seems like the kit is short a few studs or bolts

Yup, seems like you are missing the 2 shorter bolts. The fact that they only gave you 5 washers suggests that they are leaving it up to you to source the shorter bolts & washers. If that's the case, why do they bother to call it a exhaust manifold fixing kit? Oh well. -
