    Analog Clock?

Hey all, just wondering if anyone has an analog clock in their Series?

I don't but I have an old analog clock from a Saab 96 that I plan to put in one of these days.
    1958 107 SW - Sold to a better home
    1965 109 SW - nearly running well
1966 88 SW - running but needing attention

there are some Smiths clocks out there which would look the part. http://www.ebay.com/itm/33-Smiths-Cl...r#ht_500wt_930

I've thought about adding a clock in the past but never bothered as I always wear a watch.

Not in any of my current, but I had this one in one of my previous Series.

Not a clock, but I have a calendar in my 109 so I can time my quarter-mile runs.

My series came with an analog Smith's clock. Must have been an option as it had it's own location on the dash.

I didn't see a clock anywhere in the SIII optional parts catalog. Ammeter yes. Oil pressure gauge, yup. Clock? Nope.

The holes in the aux instrument panels are standardized in size to take standard gauges (including clocks), so you could slap any standard-size instrument you want in any of the holes.

I have one in my 68 Series IIA but it was an aftermaket along with all of the gauges in the truck. I like having it. Now if it would only keep proper time it would be better.

Let me guess, the clock runs slow.

I used a late model MGB clock that fit perfectly in the center gauge cluster of the SIII. Just painted the bezel black to match the oil pressure gauge. I really like it there, as it is easy to see (not so with the digital clock on the stereo that sits below the dash at an angle with a small display).

The other hole in the center gauge cluster has an analog altimeter in it....found one that just fit the hole....part of an optional package from a Goldwing motorcyle in the 80s I think!! Great for me.....45 minutes and I can go anywhere from 6000 to over 10000 feet!!
