    Series 3, 88, 1973

Hello All, doing front end alignment. They are asking for "Total" values on Camber an Toe in? Seems distances per manual is not enough. Running a Winter radial, 16 in., M+S. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Will try to post photos of my "Affliction" when figure out Nikon 2. Thanks from Illinois.

I moved your posting to the Land Rover Series II, IIA, III forum where you should receive more attention.

The only thing that's adjustable is the toe (AFIK) I set mine to 1/8" toe in.

The factory manual specifies total toe-in. This is the difference in wheel-to-wheel measurements at the front and back of the wheels.

OK, I guess after all the emails plus this forum posting, you forced me to get out the manual and look up the specs.

According to the white bible, Vol 2, Toe in is supposed to be between 3/64" to 3/32" (1.2mm to 2.4mm)

I suppose if you really had the need/urge to you could adjust caster by shimming the axle mounts on the springs. Why anyone would go through a headache like that though is well beyond me

Might be aiming at the 1G skidpad goal.

Camber and castor are built in by the swivel ball, as previously mentioned the only adjustment is toe in. Don't let them charge you for it.
