Fuel Rail Schrader Valve

After checking my fuel pressure the valve now leaks i smelt gas and opened the plastic dust cap and there was fuel under pressure, Should there be a little pin in the middle like a tire stem ?

And what is it really called

The valve had stuck down / open replaced it with a new one no leaky no more
