    Reading ABS Faults

Removed lower left seat surround and found the blue ABS diagnostic plug.

Instructions to initiate the blinking ABS codes are to jump black wire to black/pink wire.

Wires to my blue connector are black and brown/pink.

Am I looking at the right thing?

    Thanks in advance.

Guess I will reply if no one else will.

What I was looking at is not the diagnostic plug.

It is hidden somewhere under the left front seat.

Guess I will need to remove the seat to find it.

    Anyone have a better way.

I know it's under there somewhere.

Don't know what year you have, but on my '95, all I had to do was reposition my wheel sensors and all was well (Just had to move them closer to the brake disc). If you can get the "RAVE" disc, this has the shop manuals for most models and several years. It is illustrated, with photos, to show where different components are. Oh, and it's free on line, do a search.

Rave only covers RR P38 and later. Dunno about diagnostic faults on the WABCO abs. Whats exactly your symptom?

RAVE covers the later classics as well, I used it on my '95 R.R.C.
