Hey everyone. I'm taking possession of my first Range Rover Classic, a 1995 SWB with the original 3.9L engine. My question is; what are the effects of not running premium fuel as the owner's manual suggests?

No 100% conclusive responses though. Looks like you can run either but its best to stay with the 92 octane.

I always use the best fuel I can find.... I find it runs better and better fuel econ.
Also it will " ping" when you step into it.... predetination< spell check please>::::::::::::::; very harmful::::::::::::::
The only thing I burn regular in is the wife's Expensivelander...I hate to spend any money on it.
