It seems that the switch to open my fuel filler flap isn't working. How might I go about opening this manually? Will a credit card or flat head poked inside against a lever or something open it? Need to put some fuel in it to get it to the shop!

If memory serves me correctly on the older Range Rovers 87/88 there used to an access panel behind the trim at the rear. Not sure if that carried forward on the later ones when the placement of the fuel filler door was changed. -
When mine refused to work I drove home from the gas station and got out the sawzall and cut the holder in piece. Quite simple.________________________
