Where to buy a liftgate frame for 95 rover

My lock and frame for my 1995 LWB is rusted to the point that I have to get a new one. I really don't want to spend $600 for the frame and lock. Does anyone know where I can get a replace for a good price? Do they sell on that is aluminum?
