    Headlamp Washer on ARB?

Has anyone attempted to transfer their headlamp washers to an ARB or equivalent winch bumper?

I have really come to appreciate these little wonders and would love to keep them when I switch to an ARB.

    Headlamp Washers

Easy peasy. Just drill a hole in front of the lamp ontop of the bumper sill then transfer the old washer jet. Enjoy.

However, if you decide not to transfer the jet you will need to disconnect the power to the pump that supplies the head lamp washers. Others will suggest that a plug be placed in the "wye" connection to preclude this an to keep the washer fluid in the tank.

Huh? Maybe they don't do it anymore, but the ARB we put on my son's classic several years ago was predrilled for the washers. The washers jets are usually pretty dried out and break when fussed with. If your not going use them, as was suggested, disconnect the pump, since it will run everytime you hit your washers when the headlights are on.

Excellent news- I figured I could drill whatever bumper I chose, proper placement worried me a bit though. But to have them pre-drilled- now that’s even better!

        Thanks and regards,
