air suspension

a little over a week ago my suspension stopped responding, when i start the truck the up and down buttons flash and the truck rises to the limit and stays there, (atleast it hasn't gone down on the bump stops and stayed there), and i noticed a code in the box under the passengers side seat, 03 any ideas on what this is or how to fix it, 93 rrc 4.2l lwb

better off finding a shop with proper diagnostic equipment, that box refers to engine codes, for info on those codes go to rangie.com or range rovers.net.
if you try to hunt a supension problem with out the proper equip. you are asking for trouble and major headaches just to end up looking for a shop in frustration.
