Questions about rear end shafts

I am putting in a locker in the rear end of a 93 classic wondering if i need to upgrade the axles also???to a heavy duty 24 spline job? thanks

That would depend on how you're planning on using your Rangie. If mild off road travels are what you have in mind,..you might be O.K., I said might.
I would upgrade personally, you already have it apart, why go back in there when you can get upgraded axles for around $ 400. Just my .02 though.
