88 Range Rover wont crank. Help !

Hello;
I have my RRC dead as it wont crank. The starter turns when I short it with a screwdriver,I 've got the wire diagrams to proceed I am now checking the relays,but not sure which one is which. The three red sockets on the right are for the starting circuit ?? Please let me know exactly which or what to check for now....I need to have it starting so I can have the transmission fixed. What a sorry case this is,but I really want to restore this truck. I think I am crazy not excentric .

My 90 RRC did the same thing tonight in my work parking lot and left me stranded. This has happened twice before- once it was the starter, once it was a relay

This time not sure?

What happens when you short the starter? Did it start the vehicle?

How did you short the starter? A screwdriver across the terminals?
