1995 Range Rover LWB Accumulator Question

I put on the slightly oversized tires from my 89 classic on my 95 and I am having a problem with the front right brake and it has effectively eaten thru the rotor ruining the rotor and caliper. I get the brake light, I think it is from the worn pads from the wires, and the abs light and traction control are also on until driving over 5 miles +or-. The guy who I bought it from a few months ago said that it needs a new accumulator. I am not sure if this is the solution to the problem I have had a hard brake pedal. The ABS charges just fine and I am hoping that it is the Accumulator because it is the cheapest part to replace in the ABS system. Let me know if you have any thoughts on this.

PS. I am planning to do the front brakes with brembo cross drilled rotors and will be doing a installation/review post

sounds more like a stuck caliper then a bad accumulator...
