Hi-
I tried to adjust the base idle on my 92 RR following the Rovers North base idle and air gap instructions. Everything was fine until step 5. The vehicle would not run after I plugged the two connections in step 4. It would start but I had to keep my foot on the gas pedal. It would not idle with the plugs on there. Any ideas?
