Mounting running boards question

I bought used OEM running boards and have a question about mounting them before I get started. It looks like they attach via the body mount bolt and the need for a hole to be drilled on the body mount arm/extension. Am I right, or missing something? Just want to check before I drill holes into the chassis.

Drill??

Yes, you have to drill 2 holes as I recall. Easy access. Use rust killer around the hole.
