seat controls

i just picked up my first rrc. its a 91 swb. the seats don't have the control boxes. the truck however came with 2 nicer/newer(i think) seats complete with controls. the newer driver seat control box has the extra 3 buttons, memory controls maybe?? i don't believe my 91 had these buttons. this led me to think that maybe my newer seat's control boxes are not going to have the correct wiring harnesses to mate to my truck. is this correct? the newer control boxes i have have: drivers-10 pin rectangular plug and the passenger's---a 3 pin squarish and a 9 circular (bullet type) pin that only utilizes 8 wires.

also have any of you ever took all the electrics out of the seats and made them manually operated, mechanical seats?
