    Brakes and Rotors

    Hey everyone
I own a 1990 rr county and need new brakes and rotors front and rear. Never replaced them before as I've only owned her for a year. There are a lot of options out there as you all know. Just looking for the basic set up. Any advice?

I have Rovers North set up on my truck. Good part and good price.

how hard is it to change the rotors, the instructions look pretty good, but are their common issues or tips from experience that could be passed along here?

from the instructions the bearings look like it they might be a headache

also maybe i need a special sized socket for the hub?

Not too bad a job if you are slightly mechanically inclined. Yes, you will need to either replace or repack the bearings depending on their condition, and you will need a special hub nut socket that is available through roversnorth. Also, you'll have some seals to replace, but with some practice it's not a bad job to undertake. If you're feeling ambitious, you may want to do a full service on your front hubs, inner/outer seals, swivel ball seals etc.

Where are you located? If you live near me you can use my hub tool.
