As a part of my major service I flushed the brake fluid on my 95 Classic LWB. I thought I followed the process in the work shop manual but when I got up today I notices brake fluid had leaked out of my reservoir and was on the ground under the vehicle.
I noticed that when I topped up the reservoir when the vehicle is running or recently stopped, the fluid level was midway between the high and low, over time fluid pushed back into the reservoir and overflows out. If I start the vehicle the fluid goes down as the accumulator fills.
What have I done wrong? The brakes appear to be fine
Does the accumulator need re-bleeding or has the check valve failed?
