Help needed with picture of under the cowl (decker panel)

Hi

under my cowl the metal rusted through were the two tensioners (that attach to the hood hinges) attach to the frame. I dont know if that makes any sense?

the tensioners are under the hinge at one end, then go towards the center of the vehicle (width-wise under the cowl) and then turn back towards the edge of the vehicle, past the hinge and are held down by a bracket of sorts

Well Ive cleaned up the rust and will weld the brackets back on but i dont know how high the bracket needs to go.

does anyone have a picture of an RRC with the cowl off?

ok never mind, i got it figured out and have the basic frame welded in
i'll finish it up tomorrow, then seal it and put the cowl back
