Wipers!!!

My front wipers don't work, I bought the RRC, never used the wipers since I lived in San Diego, I have since moved to Ohio, I checked the fuse, the relay switch they both seem ok. Does any one have any ideas of what the common cause for failure is.

I forgot to mention its a 92.

The motor is a common cause for the wipers not to work.

Also the wiper delay relay and column switch, have you tried following the power from the fuse box to the wiper motor with either a test lamp or a multi-meter?
