Air to coil

Recently converted air to coil . I live in Spain Europe. Have been told i need a letter from Land Rover saying that conversion is possible/ ok or i cannot get an ITV (MOT) roadworthiness certificate is this a problem anywhere else other than Spain. I thought these conversion kits were totally legal.? HELP please

Spain can be a bit funny. It's no problem here, but we don't do if very often. We fix the air. We've converted a couple of Classics to coil.

Land Rover won't give out such a letter, what with liability, etc.
