Winch Bracket Help

I have an 02 P38 and I have been struggling to say the least to find the factory winch mounting bracket. Some places show they carry it then when I call they do not have it in stock. I am looking to see if anyone knows where I can find one, or has one that they would let me copy the dimensions from it so I can have another one made. I appreciate the help.

The part number is LRNA36353 Install kit, though these have been unavailable for some time. Maybe someone has a New Old Stock one, or one from a written off Rover.....
