Radio and Navigation won't work 2002 RR

I have checked the fuse and the 10 amp fuse is fine. The CD player and the navigation system where cd's are input in the luggage area are working but the radio says, "Save your radio dot org" and the navigation screen is illuminated white.

Anyone know what I can do to fix this. Everything else on the console etc. are working except these 2 items.

Have you tried rebooting everything? Unplug the nav and radio unit and plug it back in with the ignition off. then see if it responds whern you power it back up.
