1993 Land Rover NAS Defender 110 #183/500
Selling my 1993 Land Rover North America Specification (NAS) Defender 110 (183/500). If you're looking at this listing, then I don't have to explain how rare this SUV is, and how much rarer they continue to be. I am the 3rd owner of this 9 seater SUV and made sure it’s keep up mechanically. All my service records are available, This car has been in Northern California its entire life. Originally sold to a developer in Los Gatos, CA out of the San Jose LR Dealer. It runs like a dream. Only issues are cosmetic which include a small bit of paint loss to the right passenger wing top, a few small indentations to the door panels between the passenger front and rear door. I took a long time creating all off-road “flare and patina” and it stays with vehicle upon transaction. Odometer ~230K. Second engine has about ~80K miles. Upgraded R380 Transmission has about ~10K miles.
The A/C, heat, and radio are all in working order.

Suspension upgrade with Bilstein Shocks with Old Man Emu Heavy Duty Coils all the way around raise vehicle by 2”, plus 1” aluminum spacer giving vehicle a 3” lift from stock. A/C works!

Background
In 1993 Land Rover launched the Defender in the North American (i.e. the United States and Canada) market. Although the Range Rover had been sold there since 1987, this was the first time utility Land Rovers had been sold since 1974. To comply with the strict United States Department of Transportation regulations, ranging from crash safety to lighting, as well as the very different requirements of American buyers, the North American Specification (NAS) Defenders were extensively modified. The initial export batch was 525 Defender 110 County Station Wagons. 500 to the United States and 25 to Canada. They were fitted with the 3.9 litre V8 petrol engine and 5-speed manual transmission. All the vehicles were white (except two specifically painted black for Marcos J. Soto and Ralph Lauren). They sported full external roll-cages and larger side-indicator and tail-lights. All were equipped with the factory-fitted air conditioning system.

- Windshield is cracked
- Exhaust system need to be replaced, SS was the next step.
- Heater core started to leak. Bypassed at the moment
- Need to replace A/C on/off button
