How's the rust?

This truck has spent its life in the North East. There is some rust. I replaced the upper lift gate, the rear body corners with rust free examples, and just replaced the rear door wheel arches with new metal, but there is rust in other areas. The frame is solid, but there is some rot underneath some of the body panels in the body itself.
