1969 IIa Bugeye "88" Left hand drive - gas - PA

I have a nice 1969 Series IIa 88 BugEye - left hand drive with tons of work done and parts replaced and added. Not a collector quality vehicle and has it's blemishes but overall nice condition, body and frame are sound, mechanically solid, runs great and has been very reliable. Oil changed religiously and well maintained. Car is electronically sound with no leaks that drain battery. Have over $11,000 of work and new parts into vehicle. Current PA Inspection through fall 2012. Vehicle is kept in my barn so is not exposed to weather. Asking $11,000 OBO. Near Allentown, PA.

    Major additions include:

Mechanical - RoverDrive overdrive kit, new fuel pump, new master cylinder, rebuilt alternator, new water pump, new fuel pump, new heater blower upgrade (heat actually pushes a lot of air and warms you)

Cosmetic - upgraded interior door panels, bucket drivers seat, center console and mats, seat belts, door handles and locks on all doors
