1981 Series III 109 SW RHD

I have decided again to put my rover up for sale. It is not a have to sale so I am asking $2800 firm. It has not run for two years due to what I believe is a carb problem. The body is good other than a dent in the one of the back corner panels. It has typical rust problems for rovers (bulkhead, k-members, door framing, and some of the chassis outriggers) Not sure on the rest of the chassis.

When you say Typical rust problems, how bad are they? and does the engine try to turn over?
