1982 Land Rover 109 inch - Ex New Zealand Army

    Hi All,

New to posting on here, so please forgive me if I make any mistakes.

As per the title I am looking to sell my Land Rover, please give it the time to read the description before you make any assumptions.

Owned and regularly maintained by the New Zealand defence force from the early 80's until 2007. It was then bought by Les Mills (Gym) and thousands were spent in maintaining, upgrading and servicing the vehicle. I have full service and works records (2 folders full of paper work).

    Most recently.
In December I gave the truck 2 new batteries and a full service.

The odometer reads 19,800km. The truck runs really well and has never let me down.

    However, a picture speaks a 1000 words.

The truck is located in New Zealand and is rhd. However I partially own a shipping company and the cost to freight it to anywhere in the states will be very minimal. Open to all offers.

Having a bit of difficulty uploading pictures on here.. But will try again in a comment below.

Please send me a message if you are interested.

That is not a Land Rover 109 - that there is a Stage One. Those are the best and most attractive Land Rovers ever made.

This one also has the New Zealand only roof rack for the soft top. This truck is hitting high points on all the rare categories.

        Good Luck with sale.

Hey guys, thanks for the infomation.

Shipping from Auckland to L.A in it's own container excluding port charge's, state taxes (if any) you are looking between $2000 - $3000 USD for shipping. I will have a more accurate amount and the shipping price to the east coast of US tomorrow for you.

Open to offer's - from looking around the forum would safely say that I will sell this below its US market value.

Hmmm.....that would make a great carrier for my Kiwi SLR. Any ideas on how convince the wife we need a Stage 1 to go with out 88? If all else fails, would you sell the hula girl on the dash seperate?

I would look to sell her for 7k + Shipping (Which as I mentioned before I can organize very easily and cheaply myself) ... Have had a couple inquires in regards to the truck heading to the states and you could have this at your door step for less then 10k.

You also get with this truck 4 spare alloy rims (Matt green land rover original) and a box of other accessories and parts that I have accumulated.

Please let me know your thoughts on this price...

Very nice, more pictures of the chassis and potential rusty areas would be great.

                          Hi,

I'm (seriously) interested in this truck. Where is it located? I'm on the shore in Auckland. I saw you wanted $7k, which is a bit much for me, so let me know what you would accept via email rather than here on the forum.

                          Thx, Gis
