1967 Series IIa 109 5 door Station Wagon (Arlington, VA)

    Greetings Rover friends!

After much consideration, I’ve decided to offer my beloved 109 for sale here in Arlington, VA. I am moving to downtown Washington DC and will not have a good place to maintain or store the truck. I’m hopeful I can find another enthusiast who will treat her as well as I have.

Asking $27,500. She is a strong runner and starts right up, even in the cold!
I have been very happy with this truck- beautiful but not too nice to use. She has been an awesome camp truck and trail rider. I have never waded any serious water. There is no mud and the undercarriage is very clean. The heavy-duty roof rack is perfect for camp gear, coolers, kayaks, etc.

    Details:
Purchased in 2012 through an importer from Guatemala. Original left-hand drive 5-door station wagon, w/safari top. Original frame with no rust and body is very straight. Currently ~68K original km. Florida title free and clear.

    • Two red Wavian 20L jerry cans
    • Melvill and Moon spare tire cover

For serious inquiries in the local area, I’m happy to meet for a test drive. I will work with distant buyers to arrange shipping to make this an easy transaction. I will also consider short term owner financing with the right buyer. At this time, I’m only listing for sale on our host’s site… so please spread the word!

Had to go jump start a friend with a vehicle 40 years younger! No problem starting even in 35 degree weather! Click image for larger version
