1972 Land Rover 88 LHD - Super Nice w/ Overdrive

I'm selling my 1972 Land Rover, model 88. This is probably one of the nicest old Land Rover's that you'll ever find. To my knowledge it lived all its life in the dry Western US (I bought it in California). The truck has been very well maintained and everything works as it should. Mechanically the truck is superb. It starts, runs, drives, shifts and stops like it should. Color is Marine Blue with Old English White hardtop. It's equipped with overdrive, so you can travel with traffic on the interstate if desired. Galvanized chassis, rebuilt suspension, new tires, etc... It has original tools and owners manual too. This is the one to buy. The first $14,900 drives her home. Located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

I've received a few private messages asking about the truck. It's still available and is in great condition.

The odometer shows 11,xxx miles. The truck is in great condition but I don't know if the mileage is accurate because I haven't owned it since it was new. The paint appears to be original.

That would be something, to have needed a Galvanized chassis replacement and still have the original paint and only 11K miles.
        But who knows?

Sure looks like original paint. Pretty nice! Looks like it's seen a pretty easy life.

Terrys, I am new to series rovers, but I am trying to learn all that I can -- how can you tell the paint is original?

This is a beautiful vehicle by the way. Very nice!

How about the mini-moke in the background?

Good eye! It's a 1967 Moke that I've had for years.

Is this truck still for sale?

                      If so, any more pictures?
