1974 Land Rover Series III - $11,500 obo

    Located in Colorado Springs, CO.
    Call - 719.330.62 four four

I have owned it for about two years and put a bunch of money into it. Sorry to see it go because it is a lot of fun. However, I have too many toys and need to pay bills.

Odometer reads 25.5k miles. However, would guess it has turned over at least once. So best guess on mileage is 125,500 miles.

    GOOD STUFF
-orig. 2.4 Liter Petrol Engine runs well
    -New paint inside and out
-Interior not perfect but in good shape

-New dual glavanized fuel tanks (2x10gallon) - both with external fillers
    -Dual electric fuel pumps
    -Safari Roof
-Roof Rack with two bike rails
-BFG All Terrains (235/85-R16) with lots of tread left
    -8000 lb winch (works) - Warn 8274
    -Fairey Free wheel hubs
-New parts for rear brakes (drums, shoes, and cylinders)
-Weber 32/36 DGV Carb (recently tuned)
    -Overdrive
    -CB
    -Stereo - Cassete/Radio
    -Pierce intake
-Hand crank - engine starts with hand crank
-Lots of manuals and restoration guides
    -extra parts
    -wired for trailer

    FLAWS
-Engine does leak a small amount of oil
-Small amount of oil in exhaust
-Heater core needs to be replaced
-Small leak in fuel tank selection valve (only when switching tanks)
-Front outriggers have a rusted hole (can be easily patched or replaced)
    -Window sills have rust

See pictures in the link below.

I can also email more pictures on request. Not interested in parting it out.

    Thanks

I am not into antiques but hopefully they are off trying to find someone to buy my Series.
