Up for sale is my 61 109 SW. I've had it for 6 years, and bought it with the intention of doing a frame off restoration. Well two kids later, I haven't made much progress. It is currently disassembled. All the little bits have been bagged and tagged, some things like the shocks and springs have been discarded b/c of rust. I also has some extra parts that come with it. The bulkhead needs new foot wells, and fixed at the bottom corners, otherwise the bulkhead is in very good condition. I took the cylinder head off the engine and had a complete valve job done with hardened valve seats to run un-leaded gas. It is better than new. I have also bought a new exhaust manifold, and reconditioned all the ancillaries on the engine.
The fuel pump has been rebuilt, there is a new oil sump gasket, front cover gasket, the water pump has been rebuilt etc...
The engine and transmission currently sit on a galvanized frame that sits on jack stands. The frame is for a 109 regular not a station wagon, so there is some brackets that need to be changed to accomodate the rear gas tank, and rear tub.
The buyer would have to bring some kind of flat bed, or box truck to put everything in, but it is all there plus some. Not quite sure how to move the frame and engine though.
I'm asking $4,800 or reasonable offer. There is already quite a bit of money in the frame and cylinder head alone.
